Unable to hear the caller in select incoming calls
My Telo works perfectly except for calls from one specific number. When they call, my phone rings & Caller ID correctly identifies them but when I answer the phone, I cannot hear the caller although they tell me that they can hear me. The problem is only with one caller & the issue is intermittent; sometimes the call connects with no problem but other times I need to call them back in order to have our conversation. Is there something I need to adjust on my settings or is there something my caller needs to look into??

I have the exact same problem. Since it only happens on a very selective incoming calls, I have just tolerated it and called the caller back.
