Can not make the DTMF working when using OOMA to call out

Can not make the DTMF working when using OOMA to call out

I call some places where DTMF needs to be used to dial extensions. I can never get the DTMF working. My phone is perfectly fine. I also tried the OOMA modile app, same problem.

Anyone else has the same issue?

BTW, these are calls to overseas ...... DTMF was working for a while, quit working about a few weeks ago.
