Echoing

Post by bdbrown66 » Mon Oct 09, 2017 12:44 pm

Hi. I seem to be getting a bit of an echo when using my Telo. Is there a setting that can be changed to adjust this?

Also, am I on the "East Coast" server?

Thank you,
Brian

How long does it take to get a reply from the support staff here? I posted on Monday, it's now Thursday and no reply.

This is not support. That is by phone or chat. This is a user to user forum with posts by Ooma employees when they have time.

Hmmm. Well, I see Tom B. engaging in what I would call "support." Resolving other users' call quality issues, etc. I just wondered when/if he would address mine.

I too have the echoing problem. Could I be moved to the west coast server if not already there.

Thanks
