Ongoing call quality issues

I have a Telo and two Linx for a total of 3 lines. All have horrible quality issues at times. My internet is Centurylink 80Mbps down and 10 Mbps up - the modem and router are a combo unit. I've been on calls with support numerous times - for whatever "tweaking" they do. I've enabled port forwarding as instructed. Nothing seems to help the issues with warbling/cutting out/etc on both incoming and outgoing calls. Willing to try anything - suggestions? Thanks.

Is the solution to this moving to the East Coast Server? If so - Tom B, please do it. Thanks.
