Call Quality

I switched from Vonage to Ooma within the last few months. While I appreciate the lower payment with Ooma, I am NOT appreciating the lower quality as well. Calls (whether inbound or outbound) consistently sound garbled or are just outright dropped.
I live in New York. If I am not already on the East Coast server, can I please be switched to it and hopefully that will fix the issue. If not I'll soon be looking for another carrier or just switch back to Vonage and deal with the higher cost for the better quality.
