I have Ooma for approximately 3 weeks.....sound quality has been awful the entire time. I regret my decision to purchase this product.

Hello jennings42,
I have some unresolved call quality issues myself, but we are going to need to know a lot more detail about what you are experiencing if we are going to be able to help you trouble-shoot your issues.

If you live on the east coast, ask to be placed on the east coast server if not already.

Also try connecting Ooma directly to your router over a wired connection in case the wifi signal is weak.
