Newly installed Ooma - call quality issues
We received an Ooma Telo for Christmas and hooked it up today as per the instructions. We decided to place it between our modem and router for the best call quality possible. We tested it out and were quite pleased at first but some people are telling us that our voices are garbled at times, almost like we are underwater. We can hear them just fine, but they can't hear us clearly. What can be done to improve the call quality? We have fairly decent internet speeds for our area. Any thoughts? I have seen some people say that getting Ooma to move them to a different server has fixed the issue.

Try plugging in the Telo box in to your router like the instructions say.
