Is it possible to change to an east coast server, if I'm currently not on it,very noticable delays, and other vioces in background ?

I am having the same problem and have called customer support twice. They reloaded ooma and made changes on their end, but the problem persists.

Same problem here also. Very poor voice quality. Multiple calls to different locations all complain of voice breaking up, or grabbled. Also delays in call voice
