No routes found

I'm calling our local hospital and I get "no routes found" on the 2 numbers I'm trying.

For example:
864-455-7000.

However, my cell phone connects without a problem.

I called 3 unrelated (non-hospital) numbers via Ooma and they rang through and were answered. But Ooma will not connect to the hospital.

Please advise.
