As a test, you can select a per-call (outbound) codec change just to see if it makes a difference:

*96 force iLBC call (followed by number)
*98 force G.711 call (followed by number)

IF selecting the 'LBC' makes a positive difference, this instruction paraphrased from an old topic:

"open a chat / call support & ask to set RTP_USE_ULAW to 0 in the Info service under Services."
