International Call Quality Issues

International Call Quality Issues

I am currently using Ooma for my residential use and currently subscribed to Ooma World International Bundle service. I have a high speed broadband internet with reliable connection.

International Call Issues:
a) Calls made to India break frequently after few minutes (The person on the other line could not hear us after some time).
b) Many times the person on the line complaints that the audio is quite feeble
c) True Caller-Id never shows up to the receiver. The caller Id shown on the recipient phone varies for every call. This is true for both Mobile and Landline numbers
d) At times, latency issue was also observed during the calls.

Let me know how this could be resolved?
