When I make calls, I do not hear people say "Hello"

When I make calls, I do not hear people say "Hello". Have had this issue for a while now, possibly since I "upgraded" from my original unit to the Tello. Initial research indicated that maybe I should try to disable 10 digit dialing, but when I try that I get an error that says "There was a problem connecting to the server. Please try again later.". Not sure it will help anyway, since I always dial using 10 digits. Anyone know how to fix? thanks

If 10 digit dialing is not enabled you have to dial 11 digits or 7 digits if you are in an area that still supports 7 digit dialing. 7 digit dialing went away here over 20 years ago.
