Bad delay...

We've been very frustrated with our Ooma system...mostly because there is such a bad delay whenever you try to use it (both incoming or outgoing). There has always been a bit of a delay but it was not too bad until a while back and We don't even use is anymore b/c of it. We have two numbers, one is for faxes and I can't even do that anymore either...My faxes won't go through. I can receive the odd fax but it just isn't worth it for the one or two faxes that I receive a month so We are seriously thinking about cancelling it entirely. Would getting switched over to another server help? If anyone has any ideas or advice it would be much appreciated!
