Please move me to east coast server

Hello,

I have dropped calls routinely. Am I on the East Coast Server? Why is the East Coast Server better; can I be moved if I'm not already on it? Are there any router, or other settings I should consider? I've already changed the QoS settings as described in support FAQ.
