Dropped calls and trouble connecting
Often calls disconnect after a few minutes. Also when receiving calls the calling party can't hear us but we can hear them. Can you please help either by moving us to a different server or making some other change? We live in Longmont, Colorado and have gigabit internet over a fiber connection direct to our house so connection bandwidth is not an issue. Thank you.

I talked to technical support yesterday and today. They recognize the problem and have given it to engineering to analyze. They will get back to me in 24 hours. They hope to be able to fix it with a firmware patch.
