How do you know which server your connect to

Post by frankgravato » Tue May 15, 2018 12:08 pm

Hi, I've noticed lately the call quality went from worst to just plain garbage. I'm not even sure what server i'm assigned to but my internet connection has improved and my upstream is over 100mbps so it shouldn't suffer terrible audio quality I've had to revert to use my old magic jack to make calls cause it was unbearable on OOMA side. Any ideas?
