Call Statistics: Lost = Real Lost, No Recovered

Post by InTheAir » Fri Jun 01, 2018 10:45 am

Hi All,

I've had this issue for a while (months) but I'm not really sure when it started. Anyway,I've been having issues with incoming voice garble, some worse than others, but I haven't had anyone say anything about my end being garbled. In my call stats (see image) I see that lost packets are never recovered. I've had calls with hundreds of lost packets and not one recovered. Rebooting has not helped so I've come here for any input I can get. Attached is a 7z containing images of my VOIP test results (to lazy to retype them) from http://www.whichvoip.com.

Thanks,
Paul
