I am in the Chicago suburbs. In the last several weeks I have noticed more latency during my calls and more recently the overall quality has gotten much worse (unintelligible voice quality, break up, and one dropped call). I assume that I am on the west coast server, would switching to the east coast help. Also, does OOMA have any plans to add a midwest server?
