Well, I finally cancelled my Ooma. The customer service dept. seemed accomodating...we’ll see....
I’ve tried everything to resolve reception issues, but feel that my high speed internet is just not compatible with this VoiP. Whether it really works or not, I was not a candidate for the famed, “East Coast Server”. So I gave up....
