QOS 4000 to 10000 kbps limitation

I saw mention in a thread from November 2017 saying this limitation would be removed. I have 2M upload, so right now the QOS is fairly useless and my calls break up when there is a lot of upload utilization....

When will this be made more flexible?

I just noticed this today. My upload is approximately 2 Mbps so I can't use QOS either. I was on the phone yesterday with Ooma C.S. and they had me run the upload speed test and them recommended I change my configuration. Why wouldn't they tell me there is a 4Mbps min. and why the limitation in the first place?
