Outgoing Call Quality Issues

We are having outgoing voice quality. Incoming is OK. Only began the last month or two.
Reviewing past posts. East coast server seems to be the fix. How can I tell which one we are on?
I have good up/down bandwidth. Double , triple check QoS. Telo is hard wired to router.
I have two variables.
Installed newer router , Orbi. Also, changed up cable package to triple plan to save cash. But DO NOT have an VoIP modem from Comcast. Just my Telo and a Obihai with Google Voice. I have not had any issues with the Obihai unit.
We have Ooma Premier, and Ooma Security with 5 sensors. Panasonic Cordless Phone.
