Dropping about every other word since we installed a couple months ago.

I’ve been fighting this on and off for a few months. Missing words, low volume of caller - generally horrible quality. I’m also pretty close to giving up on Ooma totally. I hate to but It’s pretty aggravating and there does not seem to be a solution.

If you are using the wireless adapter, sell it on E-bay like I did. Was almost ready to give up, tried everything. Wired Telo using ethernet cable and been awesome ever since.

You are right, a wired connection is the safest way to go.
