I just did some more speed tests. to help me me figure out if I need to enable QOS.
I got the following results:
DSLReports.com
without any VPN
292.3 mbps down
12.03 mbps up
29-31 ms
DSLReports.com
with PIA east coast server VPN
203.5 mbps down
11.32 mbps up
30-35 ms
all with 16 channels down bonded and just 1 channel up
Ooma's special speed test site
http://ooma.speedtestcustom.com/result/ ... 6cc211fb14
SV5 in Sunnyvale, CA
with PIA east coast server VPN
17.7 mbps down
9.0 mbps up
ping 102
jitter 4
My main concern is whether streaming HD TV will affect voice call quality or whether a call will affect streaming.
Should I reserve bandwidth for either the Ooma or the TV or both?

With those speeds it should not be necessary.
I hope your Telo is connected to a LAN port on your router because it has a max internet speed of 100 Mbps.
If you have a Gateway instead of a separate modem and router never mind since you can't put the Telo between the modem and the router.
