Speaker Quality

Post by pfargo » Thu Mar 07, 2019 4:24 am

I switched from AT&T (Panasonic handsets) to Ooma last Nov. 2018. I had terrible speaker quality issues and they responded to replace all 3 of my phone sets. They seemed to be a little better, but still have garbled speech when using the speaker. When contacted they said there were "new" corrected hand sets. Not sure what to do again, but contact them and see if there are any new resolutions. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I am having the same problem. I have to cut the volume in half but then it defeats the purpose of the speaker. When you got the new handsets, was it better? Once I go to the next bar after half way, it starts to degrade.
