Server Location

Hello,

Just setup our device and have read reports about various locations servers. We are location in southern Ontario, Canada. What server options are there - just east or west? How can I be sure that we are connected to the closest one to us?


I called customer service but the person said "as long as you have internet you are ok" - this doesn't seem right to me - latency is obviously a factor at play.

Not the fastest company response time around here..... Not too pleased with call quality either - everyone is complaining about an echo. Seems like a cancellation will be in order soon.
