Outgoing and incoming calls suddenly cutting in and out
These are local calls, and people at other end are recently saying my calls are cutting out. Using Panasonic cordless phones KX-TGD510, and calls are made near the router. Batteries in cordless phones are fully charged. This has not been an issue until recently. I am on the East Coast in New England. Is my account set up accurately? Is this something I have to call directly to Ooma customer service, or do they monitor these questions?

I am experiencing the same issue for the past week on my phone as well.
Re: Outgoing and incoming calls suddenly cutting in and out
I have had an ooma in my home for over ten years; recently the call quality - particularly for those on the other end is getting worse and worse. I've called support 3~4 times in the past couple of months; they never find anything wrong... Something has changed and I don't think they are on top of it.

Run the html5 version of this test. It requires that you download a helper program.

If all of the result icons are not green, that is your problem.
In my case I had a failing modem that was dropping 17% of the outbound packets.
A new modem solved the problem.
