Damn OOMA is terrible! Poor call quality and customer support

Used Ooma for 5 years. Intermittent problems that NEVER GO AWAY!
$5 is cheap but you can't afford to call anyone because the call quality sucks
Anyone able to get a knowledgeable person on the phone??
