Call quality issues on receiver side

Call quality issues on receiver side

I switched from Vonage to Ooma expecting the call quality will be decent if not great. The call quality is bad both in the Mobile App and also from the headset. From the receiver side, they don't hear anything or voice is really bad. We can hear their voice. Please let me know if there is any way this can be improved. Planning to switch back if this is not rectified.
