No audio on incoming calls to Ooma Telo

No audio on incoming calls to Ooma Telo

My ooma telo has been working well for the last few years until the last month. All the incoming calls on my ooma telo ring, but for half there is no audio from the incoming caller. some calls go through to voicemail, some don't. Nothing has changed on my end and this has happened on several headsets we have around the house. Any easy solution to this?

We receive calls normally but 2-3 minutes into the call we can no longer hear the other party. They can still hear us and everything is fine when we call back, then it happens again.
