Replacement Telo (newest version)

Post by tkramer » Sat Jan 04, 2020 3:38 am

I have swapped out the original Telo for a new Telo with buttons. Support swapped it out since my call quality was horrible and the unit was 10 years old (guessing). I'm still getting the same poor call quality on the new unit.

I have always had my Telo connected to my internal switch via cat 5 which is built into my router. I have one phone hardwired to the Telo. It's a PolyCom SoundPoint Pro.

If I swap the Telo out for my Obi202 (same cables, etc). The sound quality is fine.

I'm on conference calls all day and others can tell when I have my Telo in place. I have ran WhichVoIP tests which I will attach here as well.

I'm not sure what else I can be doing to make the system any better.
