Underwater

For awhile when I make a call it sounds like the person is underwater. Has anyone else noticed this and hopefully have a fix for it?

Thanks

Most likely a bandwidth issue where it has become over-compressed. With all the work-at-home and streaming going on during this COVID-19 crisis, many networks are getting stressed. It may not be Ooma itself, or even your own ISP, but a link between them could be saturated.

It actually has been an issue before all this started. So I can't really blame it on all that. I'm not sure if it is a local hardware issue (telo, or other network component) or something on their end.

The last call I just made a few minutes ago had the following stats
Rx: 5874
Lost: 4505
Recovered: 4280
Real Lost: 225
Max Jitter: 46.93ms
Mean Jitter: 5.19ms
Tx:10324
XC Latency: 139
MoS: 3.98
