Poor quality issues

I am having poor quality problems. It is not usable and looking at switching to some other voip service. Can you check out my system and see if there is anything that can be done?

Run the html5 version of this test.

http://www.whichvoip.com/voip/speed_test/ppspeed.html

You will have to download an application for the test to run against.

All of the results must be green.

I downloaded the service exe and it is running, but I can not get the website to show me the start button to run the test. Tried Firefox and Chrome, tried clearing cache ... nothing seems to work.
