Can you hear me now?

Hi,
I have had Ooma for a few years and use it as a replacement for a "home phone". It gets sporadic usage and calls have always been short duration.
I'm now using it to work from home and speaking on long conference calls. I can hear everyone perfectly and don't miss a word or hear any static. However, people frequently report that my words are clipped and sometimes they miss 25% or more of what I'm saying. I've done tests with mobile phone and have heard the same thing.
Broadband: 220 Mb/s download / 35 Mb/s upload
Google Wifi Router
I have tried Modem -> Router -> Ooma Telo (wired)
Also switched to Modem -> Ooma Telo (wired) -> Router (this is the config I'm currently using)
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I've had to switch to using my mobile phone as a result and feel guilty for convincing friends and family to switch to Ooma (gulp.)
Thanks,
Andy
