This problem has been getting worse the past couple months - it happens both when I initiate the call or when others have called me....sometimes right at the beginning of the call, other times a few minutes in... I can hear them, but they cannot hear me, so they hang up. I try to call them back and they still cannot hear me.... it's so frustrating.... getting ready to give up on Ooma....seems you do get what you pay for
Any suggestions?

Are you using an ooma device? I have the HD3 handsets. I was wondering if was related to them. I have gigabit internet and high wifi bandwidth so it can't be that.
