Voice quality settings

I am trying to help my parents debug an Ooma voice quality issue: I call their Ooma Telo Air 2 (connected to an analog handset). On their end, my voice has an artificial ring that decays after each word, i.e., a transient resonance. I don't have local access to the their Ooma device, so can someone please post a screenshot of the Ooma voice quality settings? These are accessible by connecting a computer to the Ooma Telo Air 2 with an ethernet cable and going to http://setup.ooma.com/ on the computer, then selecting Advanced Settings.

Hope this helps. Although I've been having problems with dropped calls (what brought be to this forum)...
