I am using ATT U-Verese as my Internet provider. Cable modem at 6 MB. I ran a test of throughputs and got beytween 2.4 and 4.5 on download and about 1 MB on upload (which both seemed slow to me). My problem is that when I call home - I have often gotten busy signals when there was one on the phone. Other people have told me that "your phone was busy for an hour" - and I was home with no one on the phone. I never have a problem dialing out.
Any ideas?
