Busy tone only on incomming international calls

Busy tone only on incomming international calls

People told me they are getting busy tone when calling me from outside USA to my ooma Phone number. Any Suggession please.

Do you know what country they are calling from?

I'd call into support so that they can try tracing the route of the call and test out different telephone numbers.

They are calling from India.
