jcfo1 error--what can be done?

Ooma support called me. WOW! They did some changes. I am still having some problems with this one number BUT I tried calling with another SIP type phone and I got the same error message. It must not be an OOMA problem. I think it may be a MJ problem. I don't have problems with anyone else at this point.
