I also have a delay and wife problems. The first thing my wife said on the test call was that there was a 1-2 second delay and that it wouldn't do. I'm plugged in directly into the Comcast modem. My delay is 50ms. PingPlotter has 20ms all the way up to the ooma servers when I'm getting 100ms per hop up to the OOMA proxy. myxprov.ooma.com

I am having a similar 1-2 second delay issue through the Telo (AT&T Uverse 12Mb download 1.5Mb upload) however, when I use the iPhone app (using Wifi through the same router) it seems fine.

Very strange, but will fight through it.

In my experience, the delay is only present when I am talking to a cell phone. As much as 3 seconds! Does this ring any bells?

Try setting your up to 0 as well.
