White / hissing noise

White / hissing noise

Hi,

I notice that when I dial to cell phones, me and the recipient hears a very noticeable white / hissing noise. When I dial to a different number such as 1800Goog411, I don't hear that noise on my end. I think when I dial to land line, I don't hear this noise either. Is there a way to fix this?
