Hi !!
I want to know if DSL service works with Ooma. I know about the specifications, but I really want to know from someone who has basic Verizon DSL

The services that Verizon offers me is the simple one. (1m- 384kp.)

Is it enough?

thank you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have DSL and when I first purchased ooma I had 1.5 download and 384 kbit upload and it worked fine. In my tests, I only used about 48 kbits upload during a call. As long as you are not doing any heavy uploading (file sharing) you should be fine.

I have dsl utra listed at 1.5M downstream/256k upstream, real speed is around 1.3M/220k. ooma use about 50k for each way, so I have left with 1.2M/170k. This is good enough for me.
