Unable to call Ooma from Sprint Mobile phone

I haven't posted for a while, but this problem continues to exist. Do you have any ideas on what it could be? Not being a technical expert on these systems, I don't even know how to argue with Sprint (or Ooma for that matter) when they blame the other guy.

If other people with non Sprint service can call your Ooma, the problem is with Sprint. You don't really need to argue with Sprint, just ask them to figure out why your Sprint phone can't call a specific working number when other service can. Since you've been stuck like this for a long time, tell them you have no choice but to file a FCC complaint on their wireless service unless this issue is resolved.
