Not getting voicemail transcriptions / Hum on HD3 speakerphone

Hi All,

Having two issues:
I'm not getting voicemail transcriptions. I've tried Transcription and Text under Voicemail / Forwarding and notification.
In either case, the e-mail says:
Listen via phone: <MyPhoneNumber> then press * or online: http://my.ooma.com
Ooma Home Security. Learn more: https://my.ooma.com/hs

Am I missing something?

Also, on the HD3, using the speakerphone, I have a hum that I hear, but the caller can't hear. Fairly annoying. Unpaired / repaired the phone, using Tello Air 2 / wired and wireless.

Any suggestions?
