Telo receives calls but does not make calls
I can receive phone calls but can’t make phone calls. Please help

Check for any issues with the phones; for example, whether they use pulse dialing instead of touch tone dialing. Then, access the device settings, and from the 'Tools' menu, run a port scan to check for blocked TCP/UDP ports. If that doesn't help, then contact customer support for further troubleshooting.
