Been a customer for years

Have a ooma telo ref: 240822-001333

for the past several months it is unusable.
If i call out to any number, I always get busy signal
Incoming callers: it never rings my phone, instead caller is sent straight to voice mail
If i pick up the phone I get dial tone.
I tried calling customer support and they said they would call me back in 24 hours but its now over 48 hours.
Supposedly advanced technical support is supposed to call me.
If you call in, the people that answer the phones cannot help you, instead they will call back at some time later.
I am paying almost $19 a month for nothing.

The device reboots a lot on its own. when it is on it is almost always blinking RED (even with dialtone)
When it reboots, it takes a long time to do the reboot.
I am not rebooting it. it reboots on its own.

Seems like at this point OOMA should send me a replacement TELO

Just received a call from Advanced Technical support

He reactivated the box and I changed over to cat 6 and it is working great

I had a blue light for a short while. It is blinking red again, but it is working
