Can I use OOMA as a calling card?

Basically looking to make international calls using my OOMA account when I am not at home, without downloading and using iphone app.

Ooma Mobile for iPhone and Android(coming soon) would be a remote solution.

That's very nice, but not all people have those expensive gadgets with expensive monthly charges.

What prevents Ooma from having a regular access number (no need for an 800 number) where people can call from pre-registered cell phones, as most international providers do?
