No Caller ID

ALl of a sudden, I am not getting an caller ID displayed on MY phone for incoming calls. This phone and Ooma line have had never had this problem before. But according to my phone, the LAST caller ID was on Jan 12. My Ooma shows 22 calls since that call (with caller ID). There are even MORE calls (like one I got 10 minutes ago) that neither show up in caller ID OR ay My Ooma... so I have no idea how many have been not logged at all.

Where can I start to trouble shoot this?

Are you waiting until after the second ring to answer the phone?
Caller ID is transmitted between the first and second ring.

rings ten-twelve times- do not answer at all. The screen shows a phone ringing, but no time or caller id info.

This is NOR a ooma phone, if that matters.

Are you using landline with your Ooma? You'd need to subscribe to callerid with the landline if in landline integration mode.

No, not the case- Ooma is my only phone...

Weird then why the calls don't even show up on my.ooma.com

You mean to say that you get the rings and there is no incoming callerid and also the calls don't get logged in my.ooma.com?

This is something that probably Costomer Service has to correct.

Yeah, I do mean I have watched a call come in, no caller ID, and then I check My.ooma.com and nothing there, either...
