FWIW, I have the same issue. The only voicemail I have is from Ooma right after I activated, so I assume it's some kind of welcome message. But I can neither listen to it online nor download it. I get the same message and error page as you.

Did you join recently? I wonder if it's a problem with people who've activated recently. A friend of mine at work activated his account about 4 months ago and his voice mail plays back on the web site without any issue.

Yes, just two days ago. I've wondered if it could be something like that.

Edit...Just tried it again, and it works now! :)

Hello,

Thanks for confirming!

I can't check the web site right now because I'm out and about, but the mobile site on my iPhone now plays voicemail messages. That wasn't working earlier.

I did have a weird issue where someone else's voice mail info was displayed after I played a voice mail message (instead of mine), but when I tried to play that it played my message.

Edit:

Yep the web site is working now. :D

Update, I'm getting the error on occasion now, but if I reload the page a few times it goes away. So it's not 100% reliable, but at least it will work if I keep trying (before it never worked).

When I get a text telling me I have an email and hit the link, it takes me to the message. But when I hit 'Play' it just gives me an image of a triangle with a circle and line through it. Is there something I need to configure either on the site or my iPhone?

I have an iPhone as well....
I get my VMs sent to me with mp3 attached as MMS.

Type: Email
Email address: mynumber@mms.att.net
Attachment options: Audio file

If you have service with another carrier, look up their email address convention here (List of SMS Gateways): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ca ... MS_transit

Thanks lbmofo, worked like a charm! The Ooma website has no information on how to do that at all. They just tell you to put in your phone# and select that you're sending it SMS/Mobile. That clearly does not work.

Perhaps Ooma may want to add this MMS example in one of the relevant support pages...with disclaimer "standard messaging rates apply" or your cell phone carrier would charge you if you don't have a txt package/bucket. :) It works well with iPhone's messaging facility but not sure how well it works with other phones...I've seen some really bad MMS interfaces on other phones before.

Outside of Ooma's wildcard blacklisting, this really is my favorite Premier feature (very cool and convenient) that I show off to others.
