Yep problem persists. Despite doing the privacy setting re-set.

This morning I picked up my cell phone and there was a voicemail message. From my sister. I checked the home phone and it showed nobody called since yesterday evening. I went to my Ooma call logs and, sure enough, it shows my sister called my home phone this morning. So, same as before, she calls my home number, no ring/barely a ring and immediately she gets shuffled off to my cell phone.

This is getting to be pretty stupid.

I would not have known she called had I not picked up the cell phone, which I generally don't use at home (except as a bedside clock and a point-and-shoot camera) because of the very poor cell reception where I live.

But, for $3 a month I guess I should just shut my mouth and be happy.

No solution, but apparently I have had the same problem.

I don't see this specific problem listed in the new firmware update, but I hope it helps.

Have not received yet.

Note: On the day of my touuble, I had a kbps number in the QoS downstream field. I have since reset it to 0. Have you been messing with QoS??

Interesting that you're the first to mention "firmware" to me.

I connected up to the Telo and found that it's currently showing version 1.42086. Apparently the latest version is 1.43368. I unplugged the Telo, waited for a few minutes, then plugged it back in and for it to finish re-booting. Then checked it again. The same. I guess I'll have to wait until they roll out the update to my Telo at some point in time. Unless anyone thinks I can call them to see if they can push it to fix my issue?

43386 is newest, but I have not received it yet. It should be pushed out in following days. I do not know if you can request early push.
Do you have 0 in download QoS field??

Interesting that you ask that. Why yes, there is a "0" in the download QoS field. Why?

On main day of my trouble I had 384 in both up & down. Dafault is 0 down. I thought it would be a clue if we both had something other than 0 in down. Guess we wait for the new push.

I just thought of that a few seconds ago as that might be what you were driving at. I notice "0" means it's "disabled". Shouldn't it have some kind of value to be "enabled" for downloads from Ooma for updates or something?

I would leave QoS download disabled (0) - if you are modem/OOMA/router configuration or set it to your measured download speed. Otherwise if set low you may be choking your download speed through to your router (if I interpret the OOMA documentation correctly)

Ooma support always ignores explaining this field. I think we need to leave it at 0.
