Telo handset green answer button not reliable

It seems that sometimes when I try to answer a call by pressing the green phone button on the telo handset that the handset does not pick up the call and the call goes to voicemail. I think that if I press the left softkey (which has "Answer" on the screen above it) that the handset does answer correctly. Is this a problem with the Telo Handset and is there anything that can be done about it?
